NCOPS Prelude

India possesses one of the fastest growing economies in the world as a result India is recognized as one of the G-20 major countries.
India’s manufacturing industry plays a major role in the development of its economy. When considered individual development as a country,
India progressed significantly over the years. But the reality is way much different than what we may think. In comparison to other emerging economies,
India’s progress was rather minimal. India reported a large trade deficit over the past decade, implying that its total imports exceeded the exports,
forcing the country to borrow money in order to finance the nation.

DECADE OF ACTION
2021 – 2030

India’s unemployment has been increasing. India’s biggest strength is youth, they have not been utilized for the development of the nation due to many reasons:

  • Lack of skill set, today’s youth can’t cope up with the developing technology.
  • Supply is less than demand.
  • They were not able to meet with the rising demand for certain skills.
  • Lack of Industrial training and lack of self-awareness.

National Consortium of Philanthropic Services (NCoPS), is as an institution which addresses this issue of unemployment. Although India has a great
work force most of them are unemployed or clueless about their future. NCoPS helps them to achieve their desired job by making them employable by providing
them with necessary skill sets. NCoPS will bridge the gap between gender workforce by providing them a chance to work. This consortium will try to empower
them and fulfil growing needs in India for skilled members across the Electronics sector and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills.
There are a large number of people who have the capability to work but due to lack of opportunities or lack of skills or lack of awareness they were still
unemployed. NCoPS will provide them with Industry driven content along with that we are going to help them with soft/professional skills.

NCoPS members are on a mission to upgrade people’s skill to international standards through significant Industry training and develop necessary framework
for standard curriculum and quality assurance through the ART Methodology.

NCoPS’ strong point is encouragement i.e., to support communities and its youth in bringing down the increasing rate joblessness
through awareness and promotion, thus inculcate “learn – able -employ” culture among young people of India.

Research:

matter speculations and specializations is fundamental vocation of NCoPS. In its commission an assortment of research projects
from attitudinal surveys to evaluation studies shall be taken into contemplation.

assistance and knowledge in procurement of professional degrees, vocational course certificates etc.

India being second largest country in the world with its 1,380 million population in which 28% are young people – India is young enough to become
a world leader by 2030, if it uses these young human resources by developing their skills keeping view the Forth Industrial Revolution and thrive
