narrative

I completed my Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Electronics from Andhra University Campus, Visakhapatnam, in 2025. Born in 1983, my educational journey began with determination and hope at Govt. High School, Urlam, in Srikakulam District. I continued my intermediate studies at Hindustan Shipyard Junior College, Visakhapatnam, and later earned a B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Science from Gayatri College of Management and Science, affiliated with Andhra University, Srikakulam.

Coming from a middle-class agricultural family, my parents, despite having no formal education, worked tirelessly to support my aspirations. Their sacrifices and hard-earned income were the foundation of my education. As the youngest of four siblings, with one elder brother and two elder sisters, I was fortunate to have their constant support and encouragement, which became my source of strength.

After completing my post-graduation, I moved to Hyderabad with dreams of establishing a career. The transition was challenging, marked by a year of persistent effort and struggles in the competitive embedded software market. In March 2006, my dedication bore fruit when I secured my first job as a Process Associate at Sterlite Technologies Ltd., marking the beginning of my professional journey.

My journey into innovation began with a passion for experimentation and a vision for the future. I started developing smart systems at home, driven by the transformative potential of Industry 4.0. Through extensive research and relentless effort, I designed and developed cutting-edge node sensors powered by IoT technology.

In 2012, I took a leap of faith and founded Semiconsoul Technologies Pvt. Ltd., embarking on a mission to push the boundaries of IIoT products and embedded software. Over the years, I’ve led exhaustive research and development in these areas, which culminated in impactful collaborations with prestigious organizations like ISRO, Defence, and ECIL. After leaving my role at Xilinx, I devoted myself entirely to Semiconsoul, where I serve as Founder & CTO, shaping its vision and driving innovation.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I have been deeply committed to philanthropic efforts through the Nadagam Seva Sangham (NSS), a community initiative dedicated to creating a better society. What started with a small group of friends – Dharmam Murthym Gnani, Naidu an many form my village has grown into a collective of highly-educated, semi-educated, and selfless individuals working together, transcending barriers of caste, creed, and religion. The members of NSS stand united in their altruistic mission to uplift and empower the village community, making a meaningful difference every step of the way.

This journey, marked by innovation, resilience, and service, reflects my unwavering belief in the power of technology and humanity to create a brighter future.

Through the unwavering dedication of the NSS team, we have undertaken and accomplished numerous initiatives to uplift our village and preserve its cultural and social fabric:

  • Reclaimed 43 cents (2081 sq. yards) of encroached land belonging to Amma Vari Gudi and took firm action against those responsible for its encroachment.
  • Constructed a 350-meter (0.35 km) bituminous road connecting the village water tank to Kota Goyya, enhancing accessibility and infrastructure.
  • Renovated the Ramalayam and Shivalayam temples, restoring their cultural and spiritual significance for the community.
  • Improved education by appointing private teachers at the Mandal Parishad Upper-Primary School, funded by contributions from villagers, to provide a quality and advanced learning environment for students.
  • Installed a statue of Saraswathi Devi (the Hindu Goddess of knowledge, music, and wisdom) within the school premises to inspire learning and creativity.
  • Organized yoga awareness programs and classes, celebrating the International Day of Yoga for the past five years to promote health and well-being.
  • Planted trees around village lakes to commemorate World Environment Day, fostering environmental sustainability.
  • Installed 30+ concrete garden benches near lakes and across the village to provide comfortable spaces for the elderly to relax.
  • Conducted awareness campaigns encouraging villagers to adopt proper sanitation practices and use lavatories.
  • Set up public addressing systems to broadcast educational and spiritual programs every evening, nurturing community awareness and values.
  • Constructed a podium at the center of the village lake for yoga sessions and erected a statue of Lord Shiva (Aadi Yogi), establishing a spiritual hub with a budget of approximately ₹20 lakhs to inspire satsang and holistic living.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to community welfare, education, spirituality, and sustainable living, creating a profound and lasting impact on the lives of our villagers.
