For more than a decade I have been in the field of product design and development across a variety of industries and products such as Industrial Data Acquisition Systems, Timing systems, Data Center connectivity hardware, Edge Processing Devices, BLE Sensors, wide range of hardware for Industrial, Enterprise and Consumer IoT applications with a constant endeavor to develop and implement the best possible technology solutions to bring in the overall efficiency of operations. Having said that, my passion for technology is not limited to Hardware Design, Firmware and Embedded application but also worked and acquired a decent experience on IoT Cloud platform and Device Platform architecture – I own a rare combination of Connected Devices & Cloud Platform competency.

I started Semiconsoul Technologies in the year 2012 and has grown it gradually till now.   • Alstom and Sanofi are few of them which stand-out for different reasons. Out of few deployments which myself handled directly where it includes requirement gathering, site survey, planning and to go-live, whereas Shire, GE, Tesla and Katerra are few which I am involved in planning. 
  • JBM, the world’s leading manufacturers of key auto systems, electric vehicles and buses spread across 200 acres with various manufacturing units. Major assets are trolleys and it’s pulling vehicles. All the assets are completely metal bodies, rough and dusty.
  • Alstom, the application is to track assets where most of them are containers and Sanofi, is all about asset tracking and condition monitoring.

Industrial & Enterprise IoT System Design and Development

It has been over a decade, I am working on a connected device domain while I am gathering skill in the deep level of cloud platform architecture with hands-on experience in device platform and low power devices that helps me in delivering best in times. Involved in complete product design – development of essential components used in digital transformation and Enterprise and Industrial IoT landscape.

  • Designed high performance, cost effective application specific industrial IoT Gateways used in various digital transformation solutions and logistics.

  • Designed ultra low power, long life, multi faceted sensor platform.

Connectivity Framework :

  • Designed and developed a Common Communication and Control Framework called C3F to bridge various devices and protocols with IoT cloud platforms to meet AI and ML needs on the edge.
  • The seamless connectivity, flexible protocols, and various communication methods helps reduce deployment turnaround times.

My role in the company was to develop and evaluate the backplane applications of Virtex UltraScale (FPGA – VCUXXX).My major vocation was to Work with Xilinx product teams to develop multi-core architectures and provide compilers for the efficient programming of the new architecture; apply strong software engineering skills to create frameworks and methods for the functional/performance validation of the new architecture for the key applications.

Worked on 10G, 25G, 40G and 100G data centre communication hardware.

Moschip Semiconductors | Senior Engineer – Embedded Software | 2011-2014.

Period: March 2011 to July 2014

My role in the company was to design & development of firmware, device-driver and embedded software under Linux kernel and real time OS.

My major vocation is to Develop, debug, and maintain software; assist with system engineering to ensure a holistic system implementation; capture requirements and specifications and apply them to robust, embedded software; write and test code for anything that needs coding, including: applications, language modules, unit tests, network programming, protocols, chipset API’s, etc.

I was part of Nokia R & D team, worked on Nokia S40 series mobiles connectivity Drivers and Media modules. Responsible for USB connectivity and Mass Storage Drivers.

My role in the company was to assess the effectiveness of existing process systems, maintain process equipment,
detect material and machine defects, assess overall production quality, and compile process reports. My wholesome
vocation was to mentor and improve the production process of ADSL Business Unit.
